DELI

Our full-size commercial kitchen allows us to smoke a variety of meats like brisket, pulled pork & salmon. We also prepare house-made sides and ready-to-eat or reheat meals, including pasta salads, fresh vegetable salads, twice-baked potatoes, lasagna, meatballs, and other rotating seasonal items. Everything is sold by the pound—perfect for lunch today or feeding a crowd this weekend.

PROTEINS

Our butcher department offers a wide range of local & top-grade meats, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, bison, elk, red deer & others. You’ll find classic cuts like tenderloin, ribeye, New York strip, flank, bavette, flat iron, brisket, chuck, and tomahawk steaks, plus hand-pattied burgers made from our own ground blends. We carry USDA Prime and Choice, along with selections from several local ranches in Montana and Idaho. We grind and season fresh sausages daily and offer many cuts in our house-made marinades, so you can get straight to cooking when you get home—what we call “Grab & Grill.”

SEAFOOD

We carry a wide selection of fresh seafood flown in multiple times each week, including sushi-grade ahi tuna, salmon, hamachi, scallops, oysters, and unagi. Our rotating selection may also include shrimp, swordfish, mahi-mahi, halibut, Icelandic cod, black cod, walleye, snapper, and more when in season. With so many daily flights arriving in Bozeman, our access to fresh fish has improved tremendously over the years. We also marinate several seafood options for an easy, at-home dinner.
